I have some experience in solo and group exhibitions. It’s a necessary practice to meet the public and show your own artworks. Retrospective of the artist’s work done in a determined time frame helps to see a development of ideas and own concepts, line and interconnection of the pictures and objects.
How do i select the works for an exhibition? Regarding “Vivid Dreams” exhibition i can say that it was a mixture of especially prepared artworks (paintings, ceramics) and old pieces which were fitting into the cotext of exhibition.
During the “Vivid Dreams” exhibition i combined images with quotes of my favorite writers, artist and psycholoanalysts, such as: Julio Cortazar, Frida Khalo, Carl Gustav Jung, Salvador Dali.
